Black Tiger Shrimps

The Black Tiger is without doubt the king of all shrimps. The flesh is very firm, and has a lightly sweet taste. It is very useful in cooking, and can be used in a lots of different ways. Most importantly however is the quality, and here Butler's Choice doesn't compromise.

We work as well as we can with 100% traceability. This means that we want to know exactly where the shrimps come from. The best of its kinds are the ones fished with extensive farming and caught wildly in the South of Vietnam. Small fishermen catch between 10-20kg per person. The catch is collected by  middlemen who collect between 200-300kg. The same day the middleman deliver the collected shrimps to the factory where the shrimps are either pilled, cooked or marinated according to the wish of Butler's Choice.

Butler's Choice has its own employees in all parts of the production and in this way acn "carry" the product from A to Z. This is a very comprehensive set-up for a shrimp production, but it ensures the absolute best shrimps you can buy.

Black Tiger shrimps are sold under the product line Fair Fish. We sell both cooked, raw and marinated shrimps with various gravies from our own recipies.
